Matthew Giokas joined Paramount Partners, LLC in the fall of 2009 as an Associate.  Mr. Giokas focuses his efforts representing property owners and tenants in commercial transactions throughout New England.  He is an integral member of Paramount Partners’ Retail Team, the Financial Institutions Real Estate Group, and the Capital Lease Financing Group. 

Prior to joining Paramount Partners, he was an associate at a commercial real estate firm specializing in retail brokerage.  Mr. Giokas is a graduate of Boston University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing.  He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
