Stephen Paulin has been an active auctioneer for more than 34 years and has called thousands of auction sales. He holds auction licenses in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. He is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire. Mr. Paulin has participated as both auctioneer and bidding assistant at several multi-parcel real estate auctions. As a two term past President of The Massachusetts Auctioneers Association, he remains an active member of the board of directors. Mr. Paulin was honored as the 2005 Massachusetts State Bid Calling Champion.

Stephen’s primary focus is on auction technology and auction logistics. His primary technical skills include Internet simulcasts, timed web based auctions and web site technology. He is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute and holds the highly regarded auction industry designation CAI.
