Mr. Steinkrauss has been in the retail construction, development and real estate field since 1981.  He has completed over 100 big box projects and is experienced in shopping center development, junior anchored stores,  banks, restaurants and gas stations.

During his career he has held positions at Star Market, Zayre Corp., B.J.’s Wholesale Club and The Stop and Shop Supermarket Co. Inc. as Director of Real Estate for the Boston Division.

While employed by these major retailers he managed multi-million dollar projects and was responsible for obtaining Real Estate committee approvals, land control, entitlements, negotiating leases and maintaining the project budget.

Mr. Steinkrauss is a member of ICSC and The South Shore Chamber of Commerce.  He resides in Marshfield, MA with his family.

Mr. Steinkrauss has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth College.
