Doug DiBona, Principal of Paramount Property Management, has over 25 years of professional experience and has acquired strategic management skills and strong customer relations through his diverse employment background. After serving his apprenticeship with RSK Mechanical in 1988, he began working for DiBona Plumbing & Heating Company. In 1995, his business opportunities grew as he focused on both Residential and Commercial work. In 1999, he became a MA licensed builder and construction supervisor, providing General Contracting Services where his projects ranged from $500 to $2 million. In 2007, he started his own Property Management company, which gave him the opportunity to create the business he always envisioned.
Daniel Dennehy, Principal of Paramount Property Management LLC, has over 15 years experience in Real Estate Management overseeing numerous mixed portfolios. A Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management, Daniel received his Bachelor of Science degree from Stonehill College in 1993. Daniel began his professional career working for the Flatley Company as building manager. In 1994, he went on to become Assistant Property Manager for Meredith & Grew Inc. Daniel’s success only continued to grow becoming a Property Manager for Atlantic Management Corporation in 1996. In 2008 he finished as Atlantic Management Corporation’s Senior Property Manager managing a mixed portfolio of over 1 million square feet of property. |
