Andrew Bonica is a Partner with Paramount Partners and a member of its Retail Team. Mr. Bonica is actively involved with ICSC and serves on its Next Generation Committee for Massachusetts. Mr. Bonica’s primary areas of specialization are retail tenant representation and shopping center leasing, in which he has successfully completed numerous assignments throughout New England. Mr. Bonica represents a number of national and regional retailers including Charming Shoppes, Texas Roadhouse, Goddard Schools, and Valvoline. On the landlord side, Mr. Bonica works with a variety of national and regional shopping center developers including Salvatore Capital, Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust, WestRidge Realty Advisors, and Hecht Development. Mr. Bonica has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Curry College (Milton, MA). He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He currently resides in Quincy, MA with his fiancé Brandi.
