Vincent Albanese is a principal and managing member of Paramount Partners, LLC. Mr. Albanese has been a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker for over twenty years, specializing in commercial real estate services. For the past fifteen years, Mr. Albanese has focused his efforts in Plymouth County and the Metro-South Marketplace.
Mr. Albanese's primary area of specialization is owner representation for the sale and lease of office, warehouse, and retail properties primarily along the Route 3 corridor. He is recognized as one of this region's experts which has earned him many assignments and accounts with local, regional and national companies.
Prior to forming Paramount Partners, LLC, Mr. Albanese was the owner of Fidelity Partners of Hanover, Massachusetts, and a Broker/Associate with the Dartmouth Company in Boston, MA. Mr. Albanese is the Chairman of the Hanover/Norwell Business Council, an active member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Hanover Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Albanese’s recent lease transactions include the marketing of 340 Wood Road, a 45,000 square foot medical office building in Braintree, MA; a new South Shore Savings Bank Branch at 400 Washington Street, Norwell, MA; the lease of over 10,000 SF of office space to multiple tenants at 639 Granite Street, Braintree, MA; the lease of 12,000 SF of retail space on Route 53 across from the Hanover Mall; the lease of 12,000 square feet at 236 Wood Road, Braintree; and the lease of over 15,000 square feet at the Hingham Corporate Center in Hingham, MA.
Mr. Albanese recently sold 40 Reservoir Park Drive, Rockland, MA, a 25,000 square foot industrial/R&D property; 1075 Washington Street, Hanover, MA, a 30,000 SF retail building; an office building located at 42 Holbrook Ave., Braintree, MA; and an office building located at 100 Schoosett Street, Pembroke, MA.
Leases recently negotiated by Mr. Albanese include South Shore Savings Bank, Sleepy’s, The Toy Box, The Rugged Bear, First Horizon Home Loan, Papa John’s Pizza, Discount Self-Storage of Quincy, Mattress Discounters, Rent-A-Center, Learning Express, D'Angelo, KaBloom, & Charles Schwabb.
New assignments include the representation of Lumber Liquidators, 15 Cottage Ave. in Quincy, Hanover Shopping Center, Shaw’s Plaza in Weymouth, and the Hingham Corporate Center in Hingham, MA.
Mr. Albanese resides with his wife, Ruth, and their 3 children in So. Weymouth MA.
